Hurricane

This ride looked fun, and also like it might induce vomiting

Perhaps Hurricane is a fitting name for it. It's a lot like the Astro Orbiter at Disney, but instead of having control over when and how often the rockets go up and down, this one starts just spinning, then suddenly starts also going up and down. It makes a glorious sound with its hydrolics. Shoom shoom shoom! Hence the neat effect with the lights.

I must admit I am fine with spinning rides as long as they only spin in one direction (for example, I never spin the tea cups at Disney). When they have multiple modes of movement, those often make me sick. I stopped riding the rides at the fair as an older teen because they kept making me nauseous. Oh well...
