Urban Abstraction

An older photo I've been meaning to do something with.

Any clue what it could possibly be?

Some levels correction, straightening, and image flipped upside down because I liked the way it looked better that way. It's not something upside down though, the perspective is totally different than that. If you can discern what's underneath that may help you orient yourself. Maybe.

I had the camera on a tripod and aimed at a place I couldn't really see. This is what came out.
